PGSA FC Charity Presentation Night, Army & Navy Pub, Preston
Includes Jim Barwise and Old Boys Keith Mitchell, Alan Armstrong, Charlie Billington, Andy Sumner and the late Bill Marchant. The player in the middle (light trousers) is the late Geoff Bailey who used to borrow/drive a veteran coach to away games and on days out.
The deaths of Geoff and Billy caused other members of the Football Club to recognise their own mortality and re-evaluate their friendships. Regular meetings now take place on a Friday night (every two to three months) at the New Britannia in Heatley Street, Preston.
